Take an ordinary person with a great passion...Add determination and discipline...The outcome is never disappointing.

...And this is who she is. Pradichaya follows her heart wherever it takes her. A true artist from within, she touches everything with attention to the delicate details and with loving care.

She believes that music nourishes the soul, and approaches everything from an artists's point of view. Nevertheless, she endeavors to touch everyone, for she believes that when one person benefits, we all benefit.

  • About

    Pradichaya Poonyarit. Soprano|Performing artist|Classica: Opera|Voice teacher

A Thai-born artist who takes the best from both sides of the world, Pradichaya sees the way of things from the unexpected -and often unexplored- angle.

Singing came to Pradichaya as naturally and as early as when she was learning to walk and to talk, and she had many opportunities to be raised as a child star. It was against her parents' wishes that she be put in the spotlight, yet her relatives (many of whom were professional musicians) did so, anyway. In her one appearance on the Thai Navy radio station -when she was a mere two years old- she performed duets with a high-ranking navy officer, creating a lot of buzz around Bangkok.

Since her early childhood, she has had the good fortune to travel the world with her disciplined and career-oriented parents, thus enabling her to experience a variety of tradition and culture. This wide exposure informs her outlook on life.

Now a grown woman, Pradichaya puts everything she’s learned into everything she does, and she is thankful she has been given such opportunities to appreciate and to celebrate life.
